Heather whipped up four sweet reversible placemats just in time for Easter. She used soft pastels fabrics from the Bunny Hop line and drew the bunny appliqué on the feature placemat free hand. She machine stitched the nose, mouth & whiskers and added buttons for the eyes.
These placemats were super quick to make using Bosal Craf-Tex Plus Placemat Craft Pack;
Bosal Craf-Tex Plus Placemat Craft Pack makes it easy to create placemats to use yourself or give as a gift. Simply add your favorite fabric to both sides, fuse, and sew the edges. Double-sided, fusible interfacing that is machine washable and drycleanable.
Heather tells us that .30m of fabric will make up both sides of one placemat and that 1 fat quarter is enough to make a 2″ (cut) wide cotinuous bias binding for four placemats. She then machine stitched her binding in place to finish the project.
